Terms and Conditions for VetExtra CPD Meetings
All
CPD courses booked through VetExtra are subject to the following terms and
conditions:
- Places on all
courses are limited and are allocated on a first come first served
basis.
- Payment for all
courses must be made in full at the time of booking.
- Places on courses
cancelled up to 4-weeks prior to a day-meeting and 2-weeks prior to an
evening meeting will incur a 15% administration fee.
- Refunds for
cancellations within 4-weeks of a day-meeting and 2-weeks of an evening
meeting will be at the discretion of VetExtra.
- Cancellations must
be made in writing and delegates must ring to ensure their cancellation
has been received.
- Course booking can
be transferred to a different delegate at no additional charge.
- VetExtra reserves
the right to alter the programme, speaker, date and venue should this be
necessary.
- In the event of
cancellation of a course by VetExtra, course fees will be refunded in
full, but VetExtra will not be responsible for travel, accommodation or
any other expenses incurred by delegates.
