Interpreting Abdominal Radiographs in Small Animal Practice

An evening meeting with Gawain Hammond of the University of Glasgow

The meeting will be based around developing an approach to interpretation of abdominal radiographs of dogs and cats, using a range of clinical examples.

The radiographic appearance of the normal abdomen will be reviewed, as well as the findings in a range of common conditions including abdominal masses, gastrointestinal and urinary tract disease. 

There will also be discussion of urinary contrast studies, and the talks will be accompanied by interactive case interpretation allowing delegates to gain confidence in the radiological diagnosis of abdominal disease.
