Privacy Policy Your personal information is important to us and VetExtra is committed to protecting your privacy. Our policy explains how we will do this. What information do we collect? As part of your CPD course registration we collect your name, address and telephone or email contact details. From time to time we will ask you for further information, for example if you book a course over the telephone and pay by credit card. How do we use your information? We only use the information you provide to manage and contact you with regards to your CPD course booking and the associated payment. Unless you have informed us that you do not wish to receive further information about our courses that we offer we may send you direct mail with details of other CPD courses offered by VetExtra. When do we share information? We do not share or sell your personal information to others. Some of our payment processes are hosted by third parties (PayPal) but we agree with those third parties that they will keep your information secure and not use it for other purposes. Security You can either make your course booking through PayPal, in which case all merchant details are managed by PayPal and we do not have access to your payment details. If you book a course directly through VetExtra then all personal and credit card information is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology before being sent over the Internet. Payments must be made by the account holder only.
