Interpreting Abdominal Radiographs in Small Animal Practice.

Tutor: Gawain Hammond, European Specialist in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging, Glasgow Vet School

The meeting will be based around developing an approach to interpretation of abdominal radiographs of dogs and cats, using a range of clinical examples.  There will also be discussion of urinary contrast studies, and the talks will be accompanied by interactive case interpretation allowing delegates to gain confidence in the radiological diagnosis of abdominal disease.

Cardiac Therapeutics in Small Animals.

This evening meeting will focus on the presentation, diagnosis and treatment of the most important types of acquired cardiac disease seen in and cats, emphasising practical tips to increase understanding and confidence in diagnosis, and consideration of treatment options for heart failure and common arrhythmias.
